Fees may become non-refundable once work has begun. Any further expenses related to their selected services may be the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Platform & Account Changes

AV is not responsible for any changes made by the eCommerce or any other third-party platform. This may include:

• Account restrictions
• Suspensions
• Product removals
• Changes in reach
• Changes in fees
• Changes to platform features

Our Services do not guarantee that a client’s account will remain approved or unaffected by future platform amendments.

5. Sales and Business Results

AV does not guarantee specific sales or profits. We also do not guarantee a specific number of orders, customers, followers, traffic, or ROI.

E-commerce results depend on many factors. These include market demand, pricing, competition, customer behavior, and platform changes. Advertising performance and supplier issues can also affect results.

Any results or case studies shared by AV are for information purposes solely. They should not be treated as a promise of future results.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Where included in your selected Services, we may help with order processing. We may also assist with fulfillment coordination and shipment tracking. However, AV is not responsible for any sort of delays caused by suppliers or shipping companies. We are also not accountable for product defects or fulfillment problems by third parties.

10. Termination of Services

Either the client or AV may end the Services according to the applicable Service Agreement. Any outstanding payments for work already completed will remain due. Termination does not remove obligations that were created before the termination date.

Amz Vertex may update these Terms of Service when needed. Updates may reflect changes to our Services or legal requirements. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
